Hours: Full Time, 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Administrator to join our client, a successful family-run business based in Northampton. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start their career with a supportive and growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a desire to learn and develop within the company.
Duties include:
* Manage and maintain the company tracker system.
* Oversee daily driver and licensing procedures to authorise employees for driving.
* Assist with accurate record-keeping of vehicle information.
* Support with insurance claims.
* Process vehicle fines and driving offenses on a daily basis.
* Schedule services, tyre replacements, and repairs for company vehicles.
Skills and experience required:
* The ability to take on new concepts quickly and efficiently
* Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* High standard of English, including spelling and grammar.
* Possess a polite, friendly, and professional demeanour.
