Job Duties: • Customized Training: Coordinates the design, development, marketing, data entry, and delivery of customized general training programs to business and industry. • Apprenticeship Coordinator: Oversee and develop apprenticeship opportunities for business and industry and high school students. • Peer Support Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and market Adult Peer Support Specialist trainings. Assist with the development of new offerings for peer support specialists. • Grant Oversight: Manage and reconcile grant budgets, reconciliations, and reporting for grants awarded to the Workforce Solutions department. • Special Initiatives: Manage special initiatives assigned to the Workforce Solutions department. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. 4 to 6 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Skills Requested: • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Excellent data management and report generation abilities. • Effective communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders. • Technical proficiency in relevant platforms such as TEAMS, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
