Sales Administrator – Retail Sales Team
Location: Worcester
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday - Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm)
The Opportunity
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their Retail Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a hands-on and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming customer enquiries, resolving service issues, and providing excellent support.
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Preparing and managing monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
Stock checking and coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability.
Assisting with the creation of display boards for retail customers.
Organising and maintaining customer files and ensuring accurate data entry.
Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
About You
Experience in sales administration or customer service roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and tables.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
A hands-on approach and willingness to assist in practical tasks like assembling display boards.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
