As a Night Senior care assistant you will be supporting our residents with all aspects of personal care and support, medication and well-being. You’ll do it all with the full support of your team.
You will have experience in the care sector, a passion for helping people when it comes to care and will put our residents at the heart of everything you do.
Leadership experience, time management and team work skills are essential to this role. You will also have the opportunity to become a "Care Champion" in an area of your choice.
All our new recruits undertake a half day induction and a robust, ongoing training programme is provided for all candidates.
Pay rate starting from £12.34 per hour (rising in April 2025)
To undertake all senior duties with flexibility to cover additional hours as required for periods of absence
You must be confident in dealing with all aspects of care and have a good understanding of regulations
A referable work history is required along with an enhanced DBS disclosure as this role involves working in regulated activity with vulnerable adults. (cost of DBS to be covered by applicant)
