Customer Service/Administration Assistant
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their removals team, training will be given. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and growing international company.
The Role
You will be looking after customers with their shipments overseas and will be part of a team, making sure that customers receive the best possible service and fastest results that can be delivered .
Responsibilities of a Customer Service/Administration Assistant :
Providing Customer care at the highest level
Coordinating outbound international moves.
Dealing with exports procedures, booking containers and shipments.
Providing excellent customer service by ensuring all relevant parties are kept up to date with information required.
Experience required for a Customer Service/Administration Assistant :
Strong Customer Service background.
Exceptionally organised
Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a similar role although training will be given.
Technologically proficient and familiarity with MS office software.
An ability to communicate with various people at different levels.
