The Opportunity Are you passionate about driving business growth in the pharmacy sector? We are looking for a Pharmacy Business Development Manager to become a key link between our head office and independent retail pharmacies, helping to expand Avicenna’s presence and maximize the use of our exclusive support packages— AviPlus and AviBuyer. Responsibilities Develop and Grow Relationships : Connect with independent pharmacies, understand their needs, and showcase how Avicenna’s solutions can help them thrive. Client Acquisition & Retention : Recruit new members, deliver tailored business solutions, and provide ongoing support to maximize performance and address challenges. Sales Strategy & Performance : Plan and execute regional strategies, monitor competitor activity, and track key performance metrics to drive results. Deliver Excellence : Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, maintain detailed records, and provide regular feedback to internal teams. This is a field-based role with regular travel across your designated region and occasional overnight stays. We would love to meet someone with: Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development, ideally within retail pharmacy. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a passion for connecting and supporting clients. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Exceptional presentation skills to communicate complex solutions in a clear and persuasive way.
