Job Description
The Ortus Group is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive with proven sales experience to complement our existing Business Development team in driving the sales of our AED product portfolio. If you have a passion for medical sales and a hunger to be the best, then this role is for you.
We have offices situated in Nottinghamshire, Suffolk and Clackmannanshire. This is a national sales role and will require travel throughout the UK.
The position will involve working closely with other Departments throughout the Group, but a willingness to self-manage is a prerequisite.
Full training on our product portfolio will be given, however previous experience within medical devices sales and a technical interest is an advantage.
Our core operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
1. External Lead Generation: Use a variety of techniques, from cold calling, event attendance and innovative marketing tactics to develop, grow and close leads.
2. Pipeline management: Build and manage sales pipeline through CRM, reporting to senior leadership bi-weekly.
