We're on the hunt for a Peripatetic Manager to join our client, a National provider who operate care homes across the UK. This role will take you across Scotland, managing multiple care homes and making a real difference in the lives of residents.
As a Peripatetic Manager, you'll enjoy a salary up to £55,000. You'll also have the opportunity to engage in social activities with residents, drive new business, and manage a fantastic team. Plus, you'll have the chance to earn a performance bonus based on Care Inspectorate ratings.

As the Peripatetic Manager, your assignments will include:
Ensuring all homes comply with relevant legislation and registration requirements
Engaging in leisure and social activities with residents
Managing the homes to meet business intentions, including budget control and economic viability
Maintaining a safe, full, and fun environment
Managing the recruitment, performance, and development of quality staff

The ideal Peripatetic Manager will have:
Previous management experience in a residential and/or nursing setting from at least two different care homes
Excellent operational management experience
A valid NMC PIN (Preferable)
A current driving licence and the ability to travel extensively, possibly to different regions
