MTS Globe, a leading player in the travel industry, is seeking a visionary leader to head up our Supplier Integration team. As our Supplier Integration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative integration strategies that will drive our company forward.
What you'll do:
1. Oversee all supplier integrations for both hotel and excursion products, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized operations.
2. Develop and implement profitable integration models for channel manager and platform integrations, driving significant revenue growth.
3. Be a strategic thinker, crafting future-proof integration strategies that align with the overall business goals of OTS Globe.
4. Possess a deep understanding of technical requirements, challenges, and implications associated with integrating new sourcing and distribution platforms across diverse markets.
5. Provide expert oversight for technical implementations of tech platforms.
6. Support the onboarding process for new integrations, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for all parties involved.
7. Leverage your technical and creative judgment to propose improvements that enhance system usability and scalability.
8. Generate insightful Business Intelligence sales reports for senior management.
9. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by conducting training sessions for OTS Globe integration departments.

8. University degree in Tourism, bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, Economics, Data Science or similar.
9. Knowledge of national and international channel manager (Derby, Siteminder, Prestige, Idiso and/or Edingus etc.)
10. At least more than 5 years of experience working with integrations in Channel Manager, Hotels or OTAs.
11. Good English level. Other languages will be a plus.
12. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
