Job Purpose Identify and recruit young people for apprenticeship opportunities. Work with employers to understand their hiring needs and match suitable candidates. Support businesses in enrolling existing staff onto apprenticeship programs. Main Duties Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates for apprenticeship roles. Engage with employers to discuss workforce development and recruitment strategies. Promote apprenticeships as a career pathway for young people. Maintain relationships with candidates and employers, ensuring a smooth hiring process. Provide guidance to applicants on CVs, interview preparation, and career progression. Keep accurate records of applicants, job placements, and employer interactions. Requirements Experience in recruitment, apprenticeships, or a similar role. Strong communication skills to engage with both candidates and employers. Ability to assess candidates' skills and match them to suitable opportunities.
