Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to join our team on a part-time basis at our residential aged care facility in Doncaster.

As an AHA, you will work closely with our Physiotherapist to support the delivery of therapy programs aimed at improving the quality of life and independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the delivery of individual and group therapy programs as directed by the Physiotherapist
* Provide hands-on support to residents during therapy, mobility, and exercise activities
* Prepare and maintain therapy areas and equipment
* Observe and report resident progress and/or changes in condition
* Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all residents
About You:
* Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (essential)
* Previous experience working in aged care or a healthcare setting (highly regarded)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Empathetic, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care
* NDIS Screening Check
