Teaching Personnel are actively looking to find an EYFS Teaching Assistant for day to day work across primary schools in Bolton and Bury. The demand for day to day support staff is growing and at Teaching Personnel we pride ourselves on delivering the highest calibre of supply staff to schools in the area, should they require them.
Being a day to day Teaching Assistant for Teaching Personnel gives you the opportunity to ply your trade in a number of different schools throughout the week in an area that suits you. With schools wanting consistency, Teaching Assistants who perform well are recalled and this can then turn into long term or permanent work.
Within your role as a Teaching Assistant you will be required to work with pupils in both Nursery and Reception either in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis, during the teaching of the EYFS Framework. You will be required to track/ observe the pupils’ progress and demonstrate your knowledge of this progress via feedback to the class teacher, and create a positive and engaging working environment.
There are a number of flexible and part-time roles available, term-time only until the end of the academic year (July 2025) and relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 education-based qualification) are desired but not essential. These opportunities are available generally 8.30am-3.30pm however these start and finish times may vary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
