We are looking for an Administrators/Receptionists for a temp to perm position in Nottingham area to start immediately.
Rate: £12.85 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week (9am-5pm), part-time positions available as well, up to 10h per week
Contract: Office based but some hybrid working is available
The successful candidate will be working within various teams providing admin support.
The main purpose of the role:
1. To provide admin support to the team (copying, filing documents)
2. To assist the support service with a range of technical management duties
3. To deal with enquiries, making sure that appropriate advice is given
4. To maintain records using databases and spreadsheet applications
5. To deal with all customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
6. To manage diary and organize meetings
7. To take minutes of the meetings
Experience / Requirements:
1. Friendly demeanour
2. Previous admin experience
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Attention to detail
