We are looking for an organised, proactive individual with a passion for excellence and a knack for getting things done, for our Office Administrator role in Scarborough.
Joining a dynamic team within the property industry, you will be a vital member of the team playing a key role reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
You'll tackle a diverse range of responsibilities from replenishing office supplies to overseeing project work and providing crucial support to the leadership team.

Some of the Office Administrator responsibilities will be:
1. Provide comprehensive support to the leadership team.
2. Act as the primary liaison for IT-related matters.
3. Conduct audits of sales logs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Assist with debt collection efforts to maintain financial stability.
5. Deliver administrative support to the team and clients, including event stock management, handling post, and replenishing supplies.
6. Oversee and contribute to projects such as Q&A video editing and content creation.
7. Manage office and business services, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and operational.
This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary of £24,000.
