Due to the success and growth at Churchill Estates Management, we are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within our Property Transfer & Legal Administration team.
This role would suit someone keenly interested in learning about the legalities of conveyancing, buying and selling within the retirement property market, and other aspects of property such as land registry and sub-letting, whilst enhancing their administration skills.
About the role
The Property Transfer Administrator will join a small, dedicated, and motivated team to help deliver excellent administration in a timely and effective manner, supporting the buying, selling, and sub-letting of retirement apartments within the Churchill Estates portfolio. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of administration related to property sales, transfers, and rentals, liaising with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners, their families, Land Registry, and more. You will communicate professionally and diligently to provide first-class customer service at all touchpoints.
The Property Transfer Administrator is encouraged to stay current with legislation relevant to ARMA, AIRPM, and RICS, with ongoing training and support provided.
Based in Ringwood, the working hours are 09:00-17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on Friday.
About you
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience in this field. You should demonstrate a passion for property and possess proven administration experience. A background in estate agency, lettings, legal administration, or similar is advantageous. You will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Being a team player, flexible, and eager to learn are essential qualities.
You will manage tasks efficiently, prioritize workload effectively, and work in a timely manner. Your English language and numeracy skills should be at least GCSE Level C/5, and experience with MS Office applications, including Excel, at an intermediate level, is essential.
