The successful Conservation Architect will have several years of post-qualification experience, strong technical and design abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction detailing and regulations.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Conservation Architect:
ARB Registered Substantial post qualification experience Attentiveness to detail Ideally knowledge of traditional and classical architectural concepts Experience in job running across all RIBA stages Strong design and technical detailing Being well versed in ArchiCAD is advantageous AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditations or working towards Proven record working on bespoke high end and conservation specialist projects Comprehensive understanding of building contracts and contract administration Willingness to travel within the UK Positive and motivated attitude Ambitious to succeed and progress Live local to Winchester
