SENIOR INFRASTRUCTURE PARALEGAL Belfast, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds or Manchester (3 days per week in the office) Role Overview Vario is a market leading alternative legal services provider within the law firm, Pinsent Masons. It is unique in the legal sector. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (MLS). This role sits within our MLS team. As the Vario team grows, we are recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Paralegal to support our MLS Delivery teams in ensuring that we are delivering a world class legal service to our practice groups and external clients. The role will support our engagement strategies with both sectors and groups and focus on the pastoral care and development of our legal delivery teams and their capabilities. The successful candidate will: Line manage a team of paralegals focused on delivery of work to both lawyers and external clients. This will include day to day supervision, training and development, and management of direct reportsâ Supervise the delivery of legal services to end usersâ Service delivery management support on engagements as required. This includes resource planning, quality assurance, output/efficiency reviews and progress reportingâ Continually develop delivery models to ensure best in class serviceâ Develop effective working relationships across relevant practice groups and sectors â Work with Resource Management to effectively manage the allocation of work, and monitor/manage capacity and workload levels Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
