The Talent Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Talent Team, ensuring the smooth co-ordination of recruitment, talent attraction initiatives, talent development, and HR operations. Reporting to the Senior Talent Co-Ordinator, this role is crucial to maintaining efficient processes throughout the talent lifecycle, contributing to the company’s ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Prepare job postings on various job boards, social media, and careers website.
Carry out telephone interviews and first-stage interviews, playing a key role in identifying promising talent.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment and onboarding processes.
1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or Talent.
~ A creative thinker that brings innovative ideas to enhance talent attraction and recruitment processes.
~ Proficiency in MS Office packages to advanced level in Excel.
