We are seeking a highly committed, proactive and professional Team Leader to contribute to the operational management of a specialist supported living service in Braintree Essex. The service has been developed to meet the needs of people who have a learning disability and/or autism and complex needs, including mental health needs and behaviours which challenge. As a number of service users have forensic histories, there will be a requirement for positive and robust risk management. The bespoke service supports 10 people in an attractive CQC Registered Supported Living Scheme, commissioned and developed as part of the Transforming Care Programme in Essex. The accommodation is bespoke having been created around the unique needs of all 10 individuals.
As a Team Leader you will assist the Area Manager and the rest of the senior team, to ensure that the service is of the highest quality, meeting all CQC standards and contract requirements. You will ensure that the service works in a cohesive and coordinated manner and that service users experience fully integrated care, support and housing.
