About the role
Activ is currently looking for a highly motivated, experienced Executive Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the Executive Director & the Executive Manager, Strategy and Digital. Working with a large number of stakeholders, this role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric focus, a ‘hands-on’ approach, and the ability to provide support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A typical day in the role may look like……
* Coordination of all aspects of administrative support to two Executives; travel, correspondence, and diary/email management;
* Staying abreast of business activities that impact the Executive team and communicating regularly to ensure objectives are met;
* Preparation and review of complex documents and board reports, which include financial, customer, and industry components;
* Arranging meetings, facility visits, seminars, and conferences on behalf of the Executive Director and Manager;
* Acting as an intermediary on behalf of the Executive Director and Manager, including responding to and resolving incoming enquiries and liaising with external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Recent experience in an Executive Assistant position for a mid to large organisation;
* Advanced competency with Microsoft suite of products and the ability to facilitate meetings using a range of technology;
* Demonstrated ability to research and report on issues showing maturity of judgement and discretion;
* Exceptional report writing skills with previous experience in providing board papers;
* Well-organised, proactive, intuitive, discrete, communicative, efficient, and flexible aptitude.
