Role Title: E-Commerce Manager UK (Maternity Leave Cover – 12 months) Role description: The E-Commerce Team is part of our Global Sales function. You would report to the Head of E-Commerce Activation and work in close cooperation with the rest of the E-commerce Team, whilst also working closely alongside and several stakeholders across the organization including the UK Sales organisation. Key responsibilities & tasks: In this role you will be responsible to drive the commercial performance of our owned E-Commerce (DTC & Marketplace) activities in the UK. Together with your international colleagues within the E-Commerce Team you will drive and scale our E-Commerce business and support our Operations Team in a number of tasks to the benefit of the wider European Team. Examples of on-going activities are; Own all local D2C E-Commerce activities – you feel responsible for everything that happens in your local market when it comes to our own E-Commerce activities. Demand planning and forecasting. Aim for a 90% accuracy and work towards the Groups CCC targets Develop & Execute Sales Campaigns working in close collaboration with your own Marketing colleagues and UK Sales & Marketing Team. Setup of Campaigns and Promotions in the relevant IT Systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore, STEP, ERP Systems,…) Support in our marketplace operations and help further develop this channel – seen as strategic pillar of growth within the organisation Work closely with our Dealer network. Ensure Click & Collect operations work efficiently for both the End Customer and our Partners. Work with Customer Service to ensure all End User queries are answered quickly, and proactively work at reducing our Contact Rate. Support our Operations Team in a number of tasks including and not limited to Order & Inventory management. Additional skills / qualifications: 3 years’ experience in E-commerce (DTC or Marketplace). Knowledge of email & affiliate marketing would be beneficial Experienced in CMS Systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sitecore would be advantageous) Business fluent language skills in English and other languages would be advantageous Team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficient experience of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Personality required: A 'what can I do’ attitude to get things done Creativity in developing new concepts - finding new ways to go-to market and winning solutions for us and our partners Openness and flexibility for changes in a dynamic environment Strong Collaboration and excellent communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial spirit, passion and strong work ethic Last date to apply: We are continuously accepting applications
