Job title: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Puttenham Hill House, Puttenham, Guildford, GU3 1AH.
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum, Depending on experience.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required for night visits or weekend work to support the team.
Contract: 40 hours per week.

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll lead our care team, ensuring high-quality care that addresses residents’ comprehensive needs.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
* Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
* Creating and updating individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear and accurate medication records.
* Ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained through efficient management of rotas.
* Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
* Building lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community.
* Liaising with local partners to raise the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond.
Key Skills and Qualifications Required:
* Registered Nurse: Valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct and professional development.
* Resident-Centric: Understands the impact of quality nursing care on residents’ lives.
* Clinical Knowledge: Up to date with tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
* Communication & Leadership: Able to build relationships and lead a team effectively.
* Time Management: Excellent at prioritising tasks and working efficiently as a compassionate team player.
