About the Role
Working within our Technology & Transformation team you will have the opportunity to support the delivery of a multi-stream transformation programme covering processes, people, technology and data. Reporting into the Programme Manager you will be responsible for quickly understanding, evaluating, and communicating how the transformation programme will be achieved through the evaluation of current processes and procedures, the identification of gaps and proactively suggesting enhancements to meet our strategic goals.
You will work autonomously, and you will have the ability to incite exciting change across an expanse of our current technological and procedural systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support SCRUM teams in gathering requirements, user stories and tasks for future increments.
2. Support RFI/RFP processes in scoping detailed system requirements.
3. Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including feature/product owners, through ongoing communication & engagement.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
5. Document and map current processes and proposed processes to identify improvements.
6. Document business cases, including the identification and mapping of hard and soft benefits.
7. Challenge and identify opportunities to maintain positive change that support the business strategy.
8. Create scoping documents and manage the project scope using a formal change process.
9. Lead post-implementation reviews and disseminate lessons learned across the company.
10. Identify the resources required to deliver the change requirements.
11. Manage change risks and issues, anticipating, identifying, and escalating emerging problems to the Programme Manager.
12. Provide administrative support for meetings and plans, including capture of decisions and actions.
13. Maintain knowledge of new technologies, industry trends, standards and analysis techniques.
Eligibility Criteria
Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience, behavioural competencies, and our Company values:
Experience and Skills
1. Industry recognised BA qualification(s).
2. Working in a change management team with a strong understanding of agile/waterfall methodologies, in particular SAFe.
3. Experience in supporting a transformation programme focused on technological improvements, in particular with regard to APIs.
4. An understanding of the adapting technological landscape and options available in the market.
5. The ability to adapt communication style and draw out relevant information from a variety of sources.
6. The ability to explain complex technical requirements in a clear and concise manner.
7. Excellent written communication skills in particular relating to process documentation and business case reporting.
8. Proven ability to work independently and to self-initiate/problem solve.
9. Working in a regulated financial environment (desirable but not essential).
10. Using Monday.com as a change management tool (desirable but not essential).
11. Experience with managing third party suppliers (desirable but not essential).
