Description Duties of the Office Manager: Coordinate all office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Monitor office expenditures Managing site supplies Supporting with billing Being present on reception Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Support colleagues whenever necessary. Ensure that the office is well-maintained, organised, and secure. Profile A successful Office Manager should have: Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar role. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular). Strong organisational and coordination abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of professionalism and discretion for dealing with confidential information. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
