If this applies to you-Vision for Education would love to hear from you About the role As a Teaching Assistant working with SEN pupils, you will be responsible for supporting children and young people with additional needs such as Autism and ADHD. This is a role that goes beyond helping out in a classroom, you will need to be prepared for every day to be a different and unique challenge. This could include aspects such as active outside learning, 1:1 work, emotional support and even the opportunity to take pupils outside of school on trips. They offer a specialised curriculum to each individual pupil to best suit their needs and ensure they are getting the most out of each day. This school offers regular training sessions to staff to help develop a positive team ethos and always increasing knowledge and awareness around a variety of subjects.
