Job description
We are looking to enhance our Finance operation and have the role of Finance Administrator available within the Finance team.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the role would be ideal for somebody with experience in a previous role, not necessarily finance.
The key tasks to the role are:
1. Posting stock receipts and returns
2. Entering customer orders and stock internal transfers on MS NAV Finance System
3. Arranging transport for goods both to and from the business
4. Liaising with warehouse to organise deliveries
5. Filing and scanning documents
Good attention to detail and an organised approach to tasks is essential for this busy role, as is experience with E-mail and MS Excel software.
The role requires an organised, methodical approach and would suit a candidate with 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
Working in a team of 4, you will become an integral member of the team and be able to show the aptitude to develop your skills further and progress within the finance team.
Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

The starting salary of the role would be £11.75 per hour and this would be reviewed after a qualifying period.
