Job Role : HR Administrator - 6 Month Contract
Hours : Mon - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Fridays earlier finish at 3.30pm
Pay Rate : £25,500
Location : Stansted
We are currently working with a local client who are looking to hire HR Administrator to provide support to their HR Team. This is a 6 month fixed term contract intended to act as maternity cover for an existing member of staff.
Kew responsibilities:
* Preparation and administration of HR documents including employment offers and contracts.
* Assisting with recruitment induction of new staff.
* Support line managers by provide accurate HR data.
* Support the payroll department when necessary.
* Help monitor sickness and absence levels when necessary.
* Respond to routine HR queries from staff, including line managers.
* Support the operation of employer/employee meetings by ensuring standard procedures are followed, taking minutes, and issuing letters.
Key requirements:
* Minimum of two years’ HR Administration experience.
* Experience working with Ms Office and preferably advanced Excel skills.
* Payroll knowledge would be advantageous.
