We're looking an accountant to join a long-standing firm of chartered accountants for a role to focus offering a full range of services to the firms clients. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic individual who can help clients enhance their financial knowledge and make informed business decisions.
About the Role
You'll be involved in bookkeeping, preparing management accounts, VAT returns, and year-end accounts. In addition, you will work on software projects, including cloud software conversions to providing client training and improving internal reporting.
This role could be based in Sheffield or Chesterfield, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements on offer.
What We're Looking For:
Have 2-3 years of experience in a practice environment
Have an interest in accounting software and processes
Be a confident team player with strong communication skills
Be passionate about delivering excellent service to clients
Be self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
