In order to cover a period of maternity leave, our client is looking to appoint an Administrator on a full time basis to join their team in Inverness. This is a varied role within a busy office environment and duties include:
Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Scheduling of electrical testing for Tenants, liaising with client/tenants daily.
Diary management and scheduling appointments.
Updating information confidential client records.
Reporting to the client on a weekly basis and updating them on weekly activities.
Compiling a report of activities on a two-week basis.
Processing paperwork weekly, posting certificates as well as uploading documents onto client database.
Updating excel spreadsheets.
Day to day reception duties, answering calls from main switchboard.
Relaying messages and passing on calls.
Signing for parcels and passing on to the correct recipient.
Assist with invoicing.
Person Specification
Previous admin/customer service experience.
Ability to manage, prioritise and delegate a number of tasks to engineers on a daily basis as well as handle multiple customer and tenant phone calls.
Excellent communication skills, including answering calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Proficient IT skills with ability to use various computer packages including Excel and Word.
