Over this period, they have built an order book filled with notable clients and are going through a strong growth period. Due to this, they are looking to add to their team of Customer Service Coordinators.
The Role:
1. Providing admin support to the sales team
2. Developing professional relationships with customers
3. Taking hire and sales enquiries via phone and email
4. Checking the availability of equipment and transport
5. Processing hire and sale orders through Inspire
The Person:
1. Good communication skills
2. Can work in a busy environment
3. Comfortable using a computer (Microsoft Office)
4. Organised
5. Can work well within a team
