We are searching for a Business Development Manager who is ready to take that next step into the global market of water, gas and welding industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical sales professional ready to embark on a journey of development and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
* Global Opportunities: Work with clients across various countries, expanding your professional network and gaining invaluable experience.
* Business Development: Generate new business opportunities across the EU and other countries, developing existing accounts.
* Strategic Sales Knowledge: Responsible for identifying new markets, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Nordics, Latin America and parts of Europe.

Experience:
* Commercial Expert: Proven experience in B2B Sales and company growth.
* Engineering Grounding: Experience or Qualifications in mechanical engineering.
* Educational Background: Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
* Relationship Management: Experience in relationship management in telecoms, infrastructure, utility, civil engineering sectors and industries.
* Attitude: Humble, Driven, Dynamic – My client will train and develop the right candidate with the right behaviours.
* Communication: Strong communication & negotiation skills.
