You'll be involved in the development, delivery, and transformation of data assets across our data lifecycle and solutions, engaging with reporting teams and consumers. You'll be key in delivering value across all data platforms while working within a modern engineering workplace. We’re here to go the extra mile for our customers, and we’ll be here for you too, ensuring you can build on your skills and forge a career of achievement. please note In TB this role is known as Associate Systems Engineer What you’ll be doing Working alongside colleagues within our Smarter Decisioning Platform team to Develop and Transform data in the AWS Data Platform. Using our Tech Stack to name a few, AWS, Airflow, Jenkins, Data Dog. Improving speed to market of data solutions to enable quicker and smarter business decisioning. Delivering first-class data services by optimising the data lifecycle across our data applications and platforms. Maintaining and working against medium to long-term plans to improve automated Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Working alongside senior engineers to aid your learning and development of cloud technologies. Optimising and enriching our data processes and infrastructure, applying the latest technologies and best practices in engineering. Providing trusted and connected data, allowing consumers to fulfil their reporting and analytics requirements via self-service. Contributing to embedding an agile mindset and approach focused on improving outcomes. We need you to have A bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics or related field OR experience in an Engineering/Analyst role. Experience/ knowledge of Python. SQL SAS Application Github AWS/Azure And if you have any of these, even better An interest in learning Cloud techniques and technologies. A desire for continuous improvement. An analytical and creative mindset with strong attention to detail. The ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly. The ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. A curious mentality Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
