Role Responsibilities
1. Lead the team in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the hotel.
2. Handle catering for large-scale conferences and events, as well as inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary.

Requirements
1. NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent.
2. Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills.
3. Planning and time management abilities.
4. Flexible attitude.
5. Experience in all relevant disciplines.
6. NVQ Level 3 (advantageous).
7. Hygiene certificate.
8. Experience with fresh produce.
9. Must be based in or be a resident of the United Kingdom with the right to work.
