About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Clinical Marketing Business Partner. We are looking for dynamic candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, looking to leverage their clinical experience in a strategic marketing capacity. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clinical expertise and commercial strategy, ensuring our marketing initiatives effectively drive growth and engagement within our private and non-private Prosthetic and Orthotic Services. You will execute marketing initiatives that align with our clinical goals, strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, and enhance patient outreach, while positively impacting appropriate targeted audiences. In addition, the successful candidate will engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, referral sources, commercial stakeholders and self-referrals to drive growth, patient & contract acquisition and align with strategic commercial objectives, showcasing the benefits of marketing to enhance brand awareness, engagement (B2B and B2C) and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement clinical marketing strategy and coordinate marketing activities.
* Create, brief in and manage multi-channel campaigns to increase patient awareness and engagement.
* Coordinate the production of new marketing collateral, liaising with designers, producers and suppliers.
* Coordinate clinical groups social media presence.
* Maintain an understanding of competitor activity within key marketing channels.
* Write copy for marketing materials, including internal and external communications support for AM Healthcare Group.
* Monitor marketing budget.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
* 4-7 years practical marketing experience.
* A degree in marketing/business, or a related subject and/or a CIM qualification.
* Experience of stakeholder, event and campaign management.
* Knowledge of copywriting.
* The ability to demonstrate competence in IT; including MS Office Suite, Mailchimp and other marketing platforms/software.
* Previous experience in referral management and/or working in either healthcare, business development or clinical partnerships sectors is desirable but not essential.
