An well established and fast growing company based in Dartford are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the company growth.
You will operate from the head office based on the outskirts of Dartford and be responsible for securing new business through targeted sale strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business in the hard FM sector
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Create and execute strategic business development plans
* Supporting the Tender and Bid team in preparing professional presentations
* Regularly prepare and present reports
Qualifications & Knowledge
* Minimum of 5 years Business Development or sales experience within the hard FM sector
* FM qualification desirable but not essential
* In-depth understanding of of the UK FM market, particularly hard services such as HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems
* Experience with tender preparation and submission processes
* Knowledge of digital marketing techniques
