Responsibilities
As the Human Resources Manager, you will:
Ensure efficient HR operations and deliver high-quality service to all staff.
Oversee the recruitment process, utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our organisational goals.
Facilitate engaging training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Be the go-to person for HR-related enquiries and concerns, fostering open communication.
Manage employee relations issues with confidence, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Monitor workforce trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding talent management.Experience
