Residential Development (Infrastructure) Solicitor - Guildford
BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting a market-leading national law firm in its search for an Infrastructure Solicitor to join their prestigious Residential Development team in Guildford.
The Role
As an Infrastructure Solicitor within this top-tier team, you will:
· Work directly with an impressive client base of national and regional housebuilders on high-profile residential development projects.
· Manage legal agreements and infrastructure arrangements, ensuring developments have the necessary roads and utility services in place.
· Collaborate closely with internal land acquisition and plot sales teams to ensure seamless transitions and address potential issues before they impact plot sales.
· Negotiate with various stakeholders, including local authorities and architects, to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
· Play a strategic role in the firm's residential development offering in Birmingham, liaising with key teams to ensure the successful delivery of new homes across the region.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· A minimum of 3 years' PQE, with experience in residential development, infrastructure agreements, and/or plot sales.
· Strong technical skills in infrastructure matters related to residential development.
· Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage client relationships.
· Confidence in leading on a new service offering within a market-leading team.
· A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving approach, ensuring project success at all stages.
