As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom and lead lessons using pre-prepared materials, ensuring students stay on task and engaged in their learning. You will gain valuable experience working across Key Stage 3 and 4, making this an ideal opportunity for those considering a career in teaching or wanting to develop their skills in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups.
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay focused and engaged.
* Building positive relationships with students and supporting their learning.
* Working flexibly across full-time or part-time schedules, depending on your availability.
Minimum Requirements:
* A confident and proactive approach to leading a classroom.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to adapt to different subjects and student needs.
* Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
