Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities & Operations Coordinator to join our Facilities and Trading Operations Team at Jensten. This blended role offers support for our UK office facilities and contributes to strategic business operations. Candidates should have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a background in administration or operations.
This position is based in our Huntingdon office, with bi-weekly travel to London and occasional travel to other UK locations (nearly 60 sites). Flexibility for remote work is available.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Responsibilities (Supportive):
* Coordinate Health & Safety activities.
* Schedule remedial work and maintenance.
* Manage office logistics and maintenance requests.
* Organize facilities training and maintain records.
* Update facilities trackers and documents.
* Assist with equipment orders and signage logistics.
* Provide administrative support for facilities processes.
Operations Responsibilities:
* Support strategic projects and initiatives.
* Monitor and contribute to project management.
* Promote high performance across trading businesses.
* Provide feedback on products, marketing, and development.
* Assist with reporting and analysis for Trading Operations.
* Identify operational issues and escalate as needed.
* Maintain awareness of ongoing initiatives within Retail Operations.
About You:
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in administration, preferably in operations or support roles. You should be confident in coordinating business processes, handling data in Excel, and managing multiple priorities. Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration are essential. Industry experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous but not required.
