Description
ASA are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Surveyor to work alongside a large-scale client in the public sector based in Glasgow for a period of 6 months. The main requirement of this role will be to carry out conditioned reports on a variety of building awaiting review.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct precise land, property, and building surveys.
· Provide expert valuation, assessment, and property advice.
· Prepare detailed reports, plans, and documentation for clients.
· Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.
· Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
· Offer consultancy on property acquisition, development, and management.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
· Chartered status with a recognised professional body
· Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field.
· Proficiency in using surveying instruments, CAD, GIS software, and valuation tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and professionalism.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
