Audio Typist/Admin Assistant
We require an enthusiastic individual to work within a busy Glasgow Office. Candidates must have good communication skills and a reliable, hard-working attitude. Previous audio typing/typing experience is required. Legal experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided. The candidate must have excellent typing skills, with accuracy and speed being essential. Proficiency in MS Office, as well as excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, and the ability to work autonomously and on your own initiative, are essential.
General office duties including reception, answering the telephone, filing, etc., will also be required.
Working hours are full-time between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break.
Duties Include:
* Typing accounts.
* Preparing invoices.
* Writing and dispatching letters.
* Maintaining records, filing systems, and computer files.
* Answering general queries by telephone, post, email, or in person.
* Diary and email management.
* Photocopying documents.
* General duties as required.
Salary: Based on a full-time position (Monday - Friday).

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
