Main duties of the job
What you'll be responsible for:
1. Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
2. Checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests
3. Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making in changing clinical situations
4. Working as an effective team member and promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships
5. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

What you can add:
6. Assessing the needs of women, partners, families, and carers
7. Plan, deliver and evaluate standards of evidence-based midwifery care
8. Providing full antenatal care, including parenting classes, clinical examinations and screening
9. Identifying high-risk pregnancies
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
What you'll need:
10. A minimum of 12 months paid experience as a Midwife within the last 2 years
11. Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
