ROLE: Teaching Assistant
START: September 2024
LOCATION: Burnley
PAY RATE: £84 - £98 per day
- We offer teaching assistant assignments at various primary schools in Burnley
- Our roles involve supporting the class teacher in delivering pre-planned lessons for Key Stages 1 to 2.
- We have both short-term and long-term positions available, ranging from one to five days a week.
- These assignments may cover various needs such as sickness, operation recovery, maternity leave, contract fulfillment, and course coverage.
- Our goal is to collaborate with pupils, staff, and parents to ensure full engagement and inclusion.
- There is also the potential for a permanent position with some schools for the ideal Teaching Assistant.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enhanced DBS certificate that is registered with the Update Service. (TP can assist with this where neccessary)
- Experience educating primary pupils up to Key stage 3 is ideal
- Knowledge and understanding of local area
- Flexibility and adaptability to different schools & policies.
- Level 2 Safeguarding Certificate (TP can provide FREE Course)
