Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next opportunity? We are currently seeking an immediately available HR professional to join a dynamic organisation in Edinburgh on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key HR role, providing expert advice and support in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing expert HR guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and absence management
* Supporting and coaching managers through disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes
* Ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to
* Working closely with key stakeholders to drive HR best practices and support business objectives
* Assisting with HR projects, policy reviews, and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within a fast-moving or complex environment
* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous
