SALARY: £30,000 per annum + Generous Benefits
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shift patterns starting between 8:30am and 9:30am.
Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent who has experience in delivering exceptional customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them with a range of queries such as making payments, booking appointments, and handling repair issues.
DUTIES:
1. Handling inbound calls from residents and providing a friendly, responsive, and solution-focused experience.
2. Managing customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a positive and proactive approach.
3. Accurately recording customer interactions across multiple systems.
4. Responding to email queries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Booking and managing repair and maintenance appointments.
6. Delivering clear and effective communication that meets the diverse needs of customers.
7. Working towards individual and team performance targets in line with service level agreements.
Candidate Requirements:
1. A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
4. Good level of IT skills and experience using CRM software.
5. The ability to multitask while engaging with customers.
6. A proactive attitude and commitment to finding solutions for customers.
7. The ability to work towards and achieve targets.
8. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A*-C).
