Project Administrative Assistant (Job Share) Location: Craigavon Hours: 20 hours Salary: Competitive Business Unit : Clinical Services Open To : Internal & External Candidates Ref No.: HRJOB9874 The Role Working as part of the Project Services team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will support the department by performing all administrative duties such as preparation of reports and presentations, organization of training and generating and collating batch documentation for Production in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice and all relevant Standard Operating Procedures. Essential Criteria · Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) to include Mathematics and English Language OR Significant relevant experience · Proven extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages (to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) · Proven ability to run excel reports using pivot tables and macros Work Pattern Based on an average of 20 hours per week 15.30 -23.30 (evening shift) Week 1 Monday to Wednesday Week 2 Monday & Tuesday Additional Please note: This is a fixed term contract for 9-12 months.
