Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 p/a dependent on experience
Plus access to annual bonus
Job role:
We are looking for a skilled Client Integrations Manager to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you will lead new client deployments, manage client change projects, and act as a subject matter expert on Medica services. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, from pre-sales discussions to post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client deployments and change projects, ensuring timely delivery
* Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, supporting pre-deployment discussions
* Maintain accurate project records and provide regular updates
* Optimise timelines, coordinate resources, and mitigate risks
* Support the resolution of technical incidents and manage client communications
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with mobilisations experience to make a tangible impact in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Please note, you will need to live in a commutable distance of Hastings, East Sussex as initial training will be office-based.

Requirements:
* Experience managing operational workstreams, in a client-facing management role or managing client implementations/change with a client-focused approach
* Ability to influence change to achieve project goals
* Ability to be both strategic and tactical when making decisions
* Ability to build consensus and relationships among peers and the wider team
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
