As a Sales Progressor you will manage your own personal portfolio of properties and be responsible for progressing the property through to completion in timely manner The role involves regular communication and updates with buyers, sellers, their solicitors and any other party involved in the process to ensure things keep moving along. As a Sales Progressor you will; Understand the buying a house process from start to finish and be the point of contact for your customers Receive fully packaged files from the team from your branch. Introduce yourself to clients when they have agreed a sale. Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents. Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the home buying process Follow up with all parts of the chain to ensure things are progressing in the quickest possible time. Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors/ surveys and get paid generously for these Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion. Ensure that our customers are given the highest level of service possible at all times.
