We are currently looking for a Credit Controller to work for an establised company based in Billericay, reporting into the Finance Manager. Responsbilities: Chasing customers for overdue/outstanding payments via both email and telephone. Following up on queries and resolving any issues by liaising with internal departments and customers in a timely manner. Raising Sales Invoices via company software Maintain accurate records of chasing activity Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries Propose write off of irrecoverable receivables Providing ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management Undertake account reconciliations as required Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required Send out monthly client statements/letters as may be agreed from time to time Simple, KPI reporting Experience: 2 years experience working in Credit Controlhallmark ca Benefits: Hybrid working - 2 days per week at home 25 days holiday Study Support Life Assurance If this role sounds like it could be of interest, please apply now
