To meet statutory requirements including best practice in relation to the principles of the Care Act 2014 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the Mental Health Act 1983. As an experienced social worker, it is a requirement to be autonomous in the application of relevant legislation, policy, procedures and social work theory.
